Adam H. Roundy
Adam Roundy’s practice centers on business matters including general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, business finance and real estate.  This includes the drafting and execution of contracts, agreements, finance arrangements, and real estate transactions. 

A native of the Fox Valley, Adam earned a Bachelor’s degree in history and political science from UW-Madison and his Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School.  Past experience includes a judicial internship with former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David T. Prosser, Jr., work as an Honors Intern for the Federal Trade Commission’s Midwest branch and an internship with the Chicago Low Income Housing Trust Fund, a non-profit organization that specializes in housing impoverished families.


A successful attorney always sees the big picture, understands cause and effect and applies forward thinking skills to resolve the client’s matter. I enjoy problem solving and I pride myself on consistent, transparent contact with my clients.
