Cynthia Caine Treleven

With over 35 years in private practice, Cindy has extensive experience in business, corporate and limited liability law, entity formation, business sale and purchase negotiations and transactions, healthcare law, employment law, commercial loan documentation, real estate transactions and general business advisory services. Cindy guides clients through transactional negotiations and day to day business operational challenges. She provides employers and human resource professionals advice in legal compliance and mitigation of risk in employment law, drafts and reviews policies and procedures, handbooks, employment agreements, severance agreements and restrictive covenants. Cindy represents a variety of healthcare providers in all business matters and healthcare regulatory compliance matters. Providing sound legal advice to clients ranging from large companies to individual budding entrepreneurs, Cindy values each client relationship. She understands that promptly returning phone calls and responsiveness to clients’ immediate legal needs are critical to client satisfaction and success.
