David Timm

David, who has been practicing law in Green Bay since 1986, is a business lawyer assisting clients with the organization of their limited liability companies and corporations. He drafts operating and shareholder agreements, and he drafts and reviews contracts and agreements that govern what businesses do and how they do it. David has assisted hundreds of clients to sell or purchase businesses, drafting real estate purchase and sale agreements as well as leases.

David treats every client like they’re his only client, instilling an understanding that it’s easier to keep them out of trouble than it is to get them out of trouble—and it’s also less expensive.

David resides in De Pere with his wife, Diane, where they raised three successful children and a series of spoiled dogs, including the current queen of the house, Lily, a springer spaniel. When not in the office, David loves fishing, playing pickleball, riding his 1968 Honda CB350 (when it’s running) and hanging out in his backyard with family and friends.
