Madalyn N. Foscato

Madalyn is a dedicated attorney whose practice is rooted in general business matters, contract negotiation, real estate and trust and estate planning. Her approach is client-centered, as she seeks to genuinely understand her clients and their unique circumstances.

Madalyn is a native of the Green Bay area, born and raised. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College with cum laude honors. Her passion for legal studies continued at Marquette University Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree and graduated with pro bono honors.

Throughout Madalyn’s academic career, she has remained committed to the Green Bay area. She is a volunteer at GRIT 920, a local nonprofit that offers fitness classes to individuals with varying abilities. Most recently, Madalyn has joined the board of directors for Awaken Wisconsin, a local nonprofit that focuses on the rehabilitation and healing of women affected by human trafficking. Madalyn’s dedication to Green Bay and its organizations translates to her practice and her clients.
