Robert R. Gagan

Bob’s practice centers on employment disputes, estate planning and municipal and real estate law. He was recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America® every year from 2018 to 2021 for his work in municipal law.

Bob is committed to the practice of law and has an extensive record of activism and volunteer work at both the state and local levels. He co-founded the Brown County Free Legal Clinic and is a past president of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Additional activities include current membership on the District 14 Investigative Committee appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court and past board membership for Casa Alba Melanie, the Hispanic Resource Center in Green Bay.

I work hard to anticipate what my client might ask for or need and handle issues before they arise. I enjoy being an attorney because it gives me the opportunity to serve others, both in a professional capacity and also through volunteer service.
