We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our Business Team. The open position is for an individual skilled in corporate, commercial transactions, banking, and real estate matters. A background in business and an undergraduate degree are preferred but not required. Probate experience is a bonus. Ideal applicants are organized, eager to learn, able to work independently and have superior time management and communication skills.
Our team consists of attorneys and support staff including keen, creative paralegals committed to working with clients and attorneys to provide excellent customer service. Our paralegals collaborate with our attorneys and provide innovative legal solutions to help manage cases and provide efficiencies to our clients.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
- 2-5 years of paralegal experience, specifically in corporate, commercial transactions, banking and real estate matters
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to maintain detailed records
- Superior skills in organization, time management and verbal/written communication
