Attorneys Jill R. Ray and Joshua M. Koch have been promoted to shareholders at the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C.
Ray has been an attorney with the firm for nine years and specializes in general litigation practice, advising clients on both business and personal matters. She devotes a large portion of her practice to commercial litigation, including breach of contract and warranty disputes, business torts and insurance coverage litigation. Ray also handles trusts and estates litigation representing trustees or beneficiaries in complex claims. She attended the University of Wisconsin Law School and was an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. Before attending law school, Ray worked at the Office of the Governor.
Koch has been an attorney with the firm for eight years and devotes his practice to commercial litigation, trial work and family law matters including divorce, child custody, placement and support, maintenance and post-judgment matters. His practice also deals with landlord-tenant law, representing landlords and property management companies. He focuses on both commercial and residential evictions, as well as accompanying damage claims. Before joining the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C, Koch practiced in a small town in Western Wisconsin where he gained a wide range of litigation and appellate experience. Upon returning to the Green Bay area, Koch acquired substantial courtroom experience during his tenure at another Northeast Wisconsin law firm. He attended University of Wisconsin Law School and worked as a judicial intern to Justice David T. Prosser of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He also worked as an intern in multiple municipal legal departments, where he gained a wide range of experience in municipal law and related litigation issues.
